Description TAURUS Copper Coated Rod (CCR) is a general purpose low carbon steel gas-welding rod which is copper coated to reduce corrosion. It is recommended for oxygen-acetylene welding of mild steel and is widely used in sheet metal work, the heating and ventilation industries, car body repairs, welder training schools and for low pressure piping and plumbing.
